For those who want to improve balance, mobility, posture, muscle strength, and cognitive skills—while enjoying the joy of moving to music and learning to dance—Neurobody Therapy offers a safe, welcoming space where individuals can connect and socialize with others who share the same passions.
Built on the science-backed benefits of traditional movement and dance training, designed to enhance your overall health and wellbeing.
NeuroBody Therapy
Designed to keep you healthier and active as you grow older.
Designed by Jonathan Roberts and Dr. Laurel Abbruzzese, Neurobody Therapy is a more social and much more exciting form of physical therapy. The therapy focuses on physical fitness, balance + mobility, cognitive health, and social interaction.
Like physical therapy, we encourage clients to take at least one-two sessions a week, for a set period of time, to really see and feel an improvement.
